Dear parents/carers

Many thanks to all those parents and carers who have returned consent forms for the COVID vaccination and/or the flu immunisation, these will take place on Monday 27^th September if you have returned the consent forms. Please note that the NHS guidelines state that the COVID vaccination is for 12 – 15-year-olds,  if your child is above or below those ages on that day then they cannot be vaccinated, even if you have returned a consent form. Please be aware that the immunisation programme is run entirely by the NHS and their teams; school is just the venue for this programme and therefore cannot answer any questions about the vaccinations, these should be addressed to the NHS via the local immunisation team.
