Below you will find all of the information and forms that you need for organising a trip. 

You must fill out a Pre-Visit Authorisation form and submit it to Alice Hollamby in the first instance. You must not go any further until you have received confirmation from Alice that the trip has been Approved in Principle by Neil Rodgers. Just because you have submitted the form, this does not automatically mean your trip is authorised.

The below process must be followed or your trip will NOT go ahead.
