Heworth Grange students enjoyed an excellent set of exam results in both GCSE and A-Level this year.
Our overall GCSE result for students achieving 5 or more GCSEs at grades A* to C was 93% – an improvement of 4% on 2011. Students achieving 5 or more GCSEs including Maths and English rose 3% from last year’s total of 58% to 61% in 2012
At A Level our students achieved a superb pass rate of 98%, up 1% on 2011.
This has been another record year for exam results at Heworth Grange. We would like to pass on our congratulations to each and every one of our students who worked so hard to achieve this remarkable level of success. Equally though I am sure that the students themselves would join me in thanking their families and teachers who have supported them so magnificently throughout.
